"Albert came to do our estimate last summer.  He was very knowledgeable and pleasant.  He was helpful in determining the best products for outdoor as well as the indoor projects that needed to be completed (deck, inside stairs, etc).  We decided to proceed a few weeks ago however Albert was not available (going out of town) which initially was concerning to my husband.  Albert assured me at his initial estimate that his crew was meticulous so I implored my husband to proceed with the project instead of delaying.  We are so happy that we did!  Elian came with the rest of the crew and worked tirelessly to smooth the walls, prime and paint.  They were able to repair a door which had been damaged from the elements making it look new and saving us lots of expense if it had to be replaced.  The weather would not cooperate and started raining from day one but the crew did their best in the elements without sacrificing the quality that Albert promised.  The project ended up going over the 2 days estimated (because of the weather) but we are very satisfied with the work that was done and plan on having Elian and the crew back to work on the outside deck and inside stairs this spring or summer!

"Contacted him on Monday and scheduled him to do the work on Thursday when I would be working at home. He arrived on time and quickly did the job. Excellent job on both the house and deck. I have asked for a quote to stain and seal the deck also, and he has said I will get that in a day or two."

I have a mansion on 4 + acres and David painted my outside house deck railings and all of my many feet of property and tennis court aluminum fencing, path lights, house window shutters, umbrella stands, light poles, and my 2 outside front and back doors and their inside and outside door trim of my 25 room house. DavId paints slow and methodical and is a perfectionist and is very neat and cleans up before he leaves every day. He actuality does more than you pay for if he sees a few things needed that you did not ask him to do. His price is fair and reasonable and only suggests the best paint and he let's you pay for the paint with your credit card over the phone while he is picking up the paint at the store as he makes no profit on materials and you only pay for his labor. I am a perfectionist also who was a CEO with integrity of a Fortune 500 company and I would never give this amazing recommendation if it was not 100% true. His company is rightly called "Precision" Painting by David! My only concern by my sterling recommendation is that he will be so extra busy by this coming Spring that he won't have time to fit me in to glaze my 3500 Sq ft pool deck, and the outside of my 6000 sq. ft house, and cabana. "I would highly recommend this business.  We had them come and restain the deck and at first just powerwash the house.  They scheduled the work right away.  After doing the pressure washing, there were some areas with paint chips under the soffit.  Mike offered to repaint those for free.  During this, they noticed areas of the soffit that were rotten, so we had them repair those areas of the wood.  They also fixed a few screens that were damaged during the pressure washing for free.  
Everything turned out great, and we are very happy we had this work done.  Mike and Crystal are very professional and easy to work with.  I will be having them do some more work on our house in the near future.
