"We had noises coming from the chimney and sounded like a small animal inside. Que came out and inspected all areas or the chimney and found that it was sealed with no entrance. Ended up being a squirrel up top of the chimney screen making the noise, sending the vibrations down to the bottom. He showed me the pictures to show everything was clear and closed off. He didn't try to sell me on anything we didn't need. They also texted on their way and showed up when they said they would. Polite and professional. "

As he was pulling into my driveway to remove the trap and seal the entryway, the squirrel tripped the trap! He was very thorough and determined the catch the squirrel and he did it. I've squirrel free for the past 5 months! Very knowledgeable and professional. I'd definitely use Song Dog again."
