I have been using Carolina Carpet Solution for a few years. From the beginning , I have received nothing but 5-Star service. . Matt is extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of cleaning carpet and upholstery. He gives excellent customer service. I can text him with a question regarding a spill and he will always answer promptly with advice on how to treat it until he comes to clean. When He comes to clean, he sets up hose guards along baseboard corners and anywhere the hose may come in contact. I can always count on an extremely thorough cleaning , done w great care and efficiency. And it is extremely easy to book an appointment online!
