WINDSOR CONSTRUCTION

The say the third time is a charm. Brad Windsor and his A1 subs got the room rebuilt; the last of non-code pipes got replaced & our attic is probably the best insulated attic in all of Greenville County.

Our 2nd experience with frozen burst pipes. Much smaller scale but our past experiences with Windsor Construction and Brad Windsor made them the obvious choice for the repairs. The job was assessed, subcontractors were lined up and the repairs were made and the house was restored.

After interviewing 3 contractors we went with Windsor Construction because the owner, Brad Windsor, was the most straightforward and honest contractor/person we've ever met. The job was going to take several months as the house required rebuilding. We had to move into a hotel during construction and everyone we dealt with was top notch. From day 1 of the rebuild all the subcontractors treated us with the utmost respect and Brad Windsor and his Project Manager, Mark Pitman kept us informed on an almost daily basis,

They stayed pretty much within the time frame of building our home, but there were things wrong that they wouldn t fix under the warranty. All of the windows in the home needed replaced. They didn t do a very good job of sealing them and the molding was bad and where it was leaking, the framing was rotted. The doors were not installed properly and they were very uneven. We couldn t get them back out to fix any of it. The patio was also uneven and when it rained we had pools of water laying on it.

I had a very good experience with Windsor Construction. I was pleased to see the workers cleaned up after themselves, making sure no debris was left behind. They were extremely professional and answered every question I had.
