"This past January (2021) my wife and I purchased an old farmhouse constructed in 1930. Most of the foundation including the perimeter sills, joyce supports, and central foundation beams were riddled with termite damage that had accumulated over decades of time (and neglect). Most of the subfloors were rotted as well. The piers holding up the floor supports in the crawlspace were in disrepair and in some cases falling apart. Prior to purchasing this house we contacted several foundation reconstruction services to assess the damage and recommend needed repairs. Impressed by the praise earned by this company, we contacted Masle Francisco Gamez (owner) and asked him for a bid. He visited the property and spent a considerable amount of time crawling around underneath the house assessing the damage and identifying the estimated costs of repairing the foundation. Based on information supplied by Masle we gained the confidence to purchase this house and to contract his company for the work. In effect, the house would be lifted up above the old foundation and replaced with all new treated lumber. The foundation piers were likewise removed and replaced with adjustable steel jack stands. The work was estimated to take two weeks and all work was finished on time. The rotted wood filled an entire refuge dumpster and was packed to the brim with rotted wood removed from under our house. We also asked the company to remove two sections of wall and to build two new entryways into the kitchen and living room. Masle and his crew were efficient and confident in their work and we are very satisfied with the strength of the foundation and the expectation that our house will serve us nicely for many decades to come. "I hired Foothills Construction to remodel my bathroom after getting quotes from many other companies. They offered the best price and I figured why not I’ll give them a shot and turns out it was the best choice I could have made. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my new bathroom, even going so far as to work right up to, and right after Christmas to get the whole project done in only four days. The room is pretty small but that seems like a super great timeline to me since a lot of other people said it would take them weeks. This is my ONLY bathroom so this was important. I had everything replaced, tub, floors, vanity and shower surround and they made it all work at a great price AND super fast. They were also always respectful while in my home and made sure to clean up after themselves even though I told them not to worry about it. Never late once either and I’ve had a lot of service people working on my house over the years and they’re almost always late or sometimes don’t show, so this was really appreciated. I can’t count the number of trips they made to get extra supplies to make adjustments and never charged me extra. I had a pretty complex shower surround (that I picked out myself, they did not) and the end result is really beautiful. I’m very pleased with my bathroom, I’d recommend them to anyone and hope to hire them again to work on other projects."

The entire process, including the work ethic of this 4-man team, was conducted in a very professional manner. A grusome task, while keeping a friendly, personable demeanor throughout. Hoping I never have to have such foundation work ever done again, but will certainly call Mount Valley again, if I do!"
