The rep dropped by several times to check on the status of the project then came by the following day to see if everything was done to my satisfaction. "They had to take out a portion of my front wall which was not planned on, and the conic quality of the concrete was not as good as I thought it should be they destroyed the brick wall that they said they would be able to save and I think they also damaged an additional plumbing line, which I’m going to have to have repaired But we did get the leaking stopped, which was the big part of the problem they had to dig up the entire front foundation down to the 8 foot footer and re-waterproof the wall put in a French drain system and a new drainage system for the gutter and a sump pump"

The team worked for two days to complete all the work with the exception of wiring the dehumidifier which is being done by a third party. Cody led a team comprised of Cory, Zy, Billy and Lamont. They worked steadily and demonstrated they knew what they were doing. I was most impressed by their willingness to answer any questions. All of them were so polite.
