"They had to take out a portion of my front wall which was not planned on, and the conic quality of the concrete was not as good as I thought it should be they destroyed the brick wall that they said they would be able to save and I think they also damaged an additional plumbing line, which I’m going to have to have repaired But we did get the leaking stopped, which was the big part of the problem they had to dig up the entire front foundation down to the 8 foot footer and re-waterproof the wall put in a French drain system and a new drainage system for the gutter and a sump pump"

And since he was also able to do the encapsulation and drainage system installation, I was able to work with one company to get everything completed. "I hired Foothills Construction to remodel my bathroom after getting quotes from many other companies. They offered the best price and I figured why not I’ll give them a shot and turns out it was the best choice I could have made. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my new bathroom, even going so far as to work right up to, and right after Christmas to get the whole project done in only four days. The room is pretty small but that seems like a super great timeline to me since a lot of other people said it would take them weeks. This is my ONLY bathroom so this was important. I had everything replaced, tub, floors, vanity and shower surround and they made it all work at a great price AND super fast. They were also always respectful while in my home and made sure to clean up after themselves even though I told them not to worry about it. Never late once either and I’ve had a lot of service people working on my house over the years and they’re almost always late or sometimes don’t show, so this was really appreciated. I can’t count the number of trips they made to get extra supplies to make adjustments and never charged me extra. I had a pretty complex shower surround (that I picked out myself, they did not) and the end result is really beautiful. I’m very pleased with my bathroom, I’d recommend them to anyone and hope to hire them again to work on other projects."

Shaun (the forman) was in constant communication with me throughout the entire process of rebuilding. He didn't just explain in words, he took time to visually point out the areas this construction would be addressing and what I should expect. Shaun was clear and concise in describing what was being done and answering all of my questions (which was many). The entire process, including the work ethic of this 4-man team, was conducted in a very professional manner. A grusome task, while keeping a friendly, personable demeanor throughout.
