"From start to finish, Brooks flooring was very easy to work with. Everyone that I talked to was very friendly and they were very responsive. The quality of the work was also very good. They filled all the nail holes of the shoe molding which was a big plus as I've had to fight with contractors over this issue. After I received the initial quote, I decided to do the removal myself. Although it wasn't terribly expensive, I wanted to save some money. Not recommended if you have linoleum floors. It was probably not worth it in the long run because they are incredibly annoying to remove and are installed on wood subfloors with a million staples. On the positive side, I got some experience removing and installing toilets. Very pleased with Brooks and would definitely work with them again in the future."

The shower looked like new and the tile hadn't been cleaned since the house was build in 1964. Was beginning to think I'd NEVER get them clean! He definitely exceeded my expectations. "We hired the Greenville Tile Stone contractor around the first of April 2020. However, due to the CoronaVirus, the contractor (with our consent) was not able to perform the work until May 2020. The Home Advisor review that I originally submitted was on 4-05-2020. The 2 bathroom tile projects were performed and completed in May 2020. The two projects consisted of removing the existing tile and installing new tile and baseboards in both bathrooms. The first project was started and completed in the first week. The second project was started and completed in the second week. We ran into some unknown rotten wood problems under the existing tile floors that were unexpected. The Greenville Tile Stone guys did an outstanding job of both projects. Their attitude, flexibility, and willingness to work with the homeowners were great. Their cost for both projects was reasonable. They were able to meet both aggressive schedules. The quality of both projects was great. My wife and I have been enjoyed our new bathroom tile floor for the past 5 months. Whenever we have any need for tile and stonework in our home in the future, we will definitely have these guys do the work for us again."

After I hired Bradley Construction, I realized I should have hired them in the first place. The project manager stayed on top of the project and made sure everything was completed properly and on schedule. They also installed new countertops in the bathroom. They did an excellent job. I could not have been more pleased!"
