I initially scheduled an appointment with the first person who responded to my inquiry, and they were from a different company. They quoted a price, then later texted a higher amount, and eventually passed the job to a second person who asked for even more. In the meantime, John from IDS called and offered to come out if my first appointment didn’t work out. That afternoon, I contacted John, and he promptly scheduled me for first thing the next morning. John and his assistant arrived ahead of schedule, completed the job in about 30 minutes, and did excellent work. John, if you’re reading this, my neighbor is interested in getting a quote for their problem garage door opener.

Technician arrived timely, was very friendly, answered other questions concerning remotes, oiled spring on the other door. I did think the price was a little high compared to the similar service I had from a competitor 3 years ago. Excellent interaction with tech.

I received a tutorial on the door opener function, and cautioned not to install a LED light, as that could interfere with remote door opening. They hauled away the old door and hardware. They left the area clean. Happy camper here.

Great customer service by John Geary (Owner) & John Morra (Technician). Only minor issue was glass panel design install and within a few weeks (special order) and replacement of desired design window panels very happy with this company and would gladly recommend if looking to install new door. They have a great assortment of garage doors/glass panel inserts at a good price.

Smoothly John explained what needed to be done and gave me an estimate. Work was completed and done quickly. In a time of being Quarantined because I’m a high risk person, John had protective gear that put me at ease with our interaction. Definitely would recommend their service. Painless!!!!
