For over 20 years (since 2002) S.W. Contractors, Inc. has provided quality installations of hardwood, ceramic tile, vinyl plank, laminate flooring products, and carpet. We also provide installation services of tile showers, backsplashes, walls and tub surrounds. We take great pride in our workmanship & professionalism and strive to achieve phenomenal customer service, unlike that of any other installation contractor. All work is guaranteed for 1 year from date of installation.

This will be the second time that we have used SW Contractors, and it was seamless as ever. The professionalism of the owner was wonderful. That workmanship of the installers was impeccable, they definitely paid attention to detail and listen to all of our requests. Their communication was spot on. This was the first time we have used S.W. Contractors along with Floor n Decor. We remolded the master walk-in shower.
Steve Ward was very informative from beginning to end and was very responsive when we had any questions.
Icaro, who completed the tiling, went above and beyond with attention to detail. We can’t thank Icaro enough! He put in long hours to keep on schedule, always had a pleasant and positive attitude along with catching him singing while he worked 😁 We will 100% request Icaro for our next remodel.
I am posting the before and after pictures while we wait on the glass install.

I can't say enough about the professionalism of this business. Steve was wonderful and addressed all of my concerns. I changed the linoleum in 2 bathrooms and a laundry room to tile flooring. What a transformation! Ico, the installer, was really nice and eager to please and did a great job. Words can't express how I adore this man and his work ethic. He is a true keeper. I will definitely call S.W. Contractors for any future projects.

We were in a bind when our flooring installer banged out on the scheduled day of installation. Steve came out that day to estimate the job. He had his crew there the next day and they were professional and extremely knowledgeable. Our floor is beautiful! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional job!

I had tile and vinyl plank installed with SW Contractors. The price was very comparable to other estimates plus they accommodated my requests to fix and add other pieces of trim and baseboard. They were able to schedule the work soon after the estimate and completed the job early. Overall, did an excellent job, I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.
