We did this job just like we do any other job, with the utmost respect and attention to detail. the home owner has gone out of her way to now trash my services, there was obviously a humidity or moisture problem in the home for the plywood underlayment to be lifting off the floor 6 inches in some places and pulling the screws out. I know this because of the one pic I received of the damage. I was told you had a problem in the beginning Dec and met your real-estate agent. my discussion with her I never said I wouldn't or couldn't repair the problem, I simply told her I didn't know why it was buckling. I made a recommendation on what the next step would be and I would wait for a phone call from you and I received no phone call, I had to call you after i saw your review on google, you had no intention of letting me help you because the review was posted the day after i met your real-estate agent. Then you moved on with out even letting me know. you demanded money back and I said fine. when I asked for photos of what your new contractor did I received one. I did this to protect myself. Your contractor couldn't or didn't even prove your case. installing a water proof floor under normal circumstances doesn't make a floor buckle and lift like yours did. there are other factors at play here and that's all I wanted answers to, I was more than willing to work with you and all you did was go out of your way to bash my company on my social sites, I only met you once for less than 5 min and not you or your husband ever came while we were there. Service Provider ResponseI do apologize for the miscommunication. My wife reached out to you and told you we needed to reschedule on the 5th. We said would be out by you the next day on the 6th and I did communicate with you with a message and text on the 6th and you told me that you weren't available. Obviously because you had already left a review. I do take my company very serious and wish I could make it up to you. Our company is a Family owned business, so you spoke with my wife and again we had a miscommunication. I was on a job that had an issue that i couldn't walk a way from and I personally asked her to ask you to reschedule. I hope you found the service that you were looking for with another contractor.
