Seamless Metal Gutters Installation
I had new gutters and gutter guards installed by this company 12 months and 2 weeks ago. I had a siding company come out to replace the siding. They found the downspouts were hanging from the new gutters by a single piece of metal that was bend down from inside the gutter. Proper gutter installs would contain a sleeve to attach the downspout to so it is secure. When I called this company they told me I had to pay 80 dollars to have someone come out to look at the issue and that I was past the install warranty period by two weeks. Had the siding been replaced two weeks ok they would have fixed their defects. Steer clear of this company as they are not customer friendly. This is not an outrageous ask to have something done correctly especially at cost of 3600 for 40 feet of gutters and guards.

We hired this company to replace old with all new gutter guards, some new gutter and downspout installation work and see repair of the existing gutters. They have finished the job unsatisfactory to us because they did not return back as they have said they would to repaint the exposed house exterior wood after replacement of the gutter, and the new facia they have installed and replace the gutter joint which they hammered. They have also installed downspout elbow facing the house foundation rather than away from the foundation. This is although I have paid them in full in good faith and repeated calls to the sales agent and the headman of the crew. We are very disappointed by the customer service.

The men came out, did a good job, and left without receiving payment for their work. I have been trying ever since to find out where to mail my payment, without any success.. I have asked Gutter Guard, Angi, and others without response from any. I would love to pay for the work done. All help is appreciated.

Buyer beware! On the front end, while requesting the estimate and presentation; very professional. Once the contract was signed, it has been nothing short of a nightmare. They cleaned my old gutters right into my flower beds. The new gutters look like they just pieced together what they had laying around. The guards are caved in at some places, while other places have lifted the shingles off the roof! The down spouts were made to fit the gutters and look like crap. One of the downspouts is dented. There are sharp edges where they were cut showing. I had offers that were half the price from their competitors, but went with Gutter Guard name. Even if I had their competitors pricing, I'd still be furious. I have called corporate and the local offices...NOTHING! I get told they'll get right on it, STILL WAITING. Next step for me is the BBB and a lawyer.

The gutter guards do not work with heavy rain, the water bounces off and goes down into the ground and it is causing my basement wall to run water. I had to remove the gutter guards because the basement wall and the floor were getting water. I called the supervisor and told him, now he will not accept my calls.

Gutter Guards America was very professional. Starting with the salesman (Brian W) by coming to our house in Denver, NC. He gave us an accurate estimate to fix our gutter situation. No pressure, not like the other 2 companies we had here who's pressure was in signing the contact that day. We told them over and over again we need quotes to help us in making a major discision and investment for the house. These 2 companies were a major nightmare trying to get them to leave (timeshare experience). Brian on the other hand gave us a peace of mind to talk about it and decided to go with Gutter Guards America because of their high ethics beliefs. The installers did an excellent job. They were here less time than the 2 salesman that were trying to forcing us to signing contacts on the spot. The new gutters were made seamless in our driveway to fit perfect. You cannot see the covers that will keep leaves and junk out of the gutters. The installers worked very efficiently and cleaned up everything. They didn't even throw screws on the property. The old gutters were hauled away and Brian said they do take them for recycling which makes us happy. We researched many types of covers online as well as having three of the top rated Name Brand companies come to give us price quotes. For us Gutter Guards America was the only solution to our problem. We would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I'm giving a 4.5 only because I just had GGA install valor gutter guards. It's October and leaves and debris will be problematic soon and I need to see them in action under a heavey downpour to give 5.0 stars. Other than that, I got four quotes. The sales professional was the most through. The price was on point for the quality of gutter guards. I got the "Valor gutter guards". After doing my due dilligence I believe these to be superior gutter guards. Obviously time will tell. Install team was great, on time and efficient. My only complaint is a small one, they unstrapped one of my upper downspouts that dumps into my lower first floor gutters in order to get the gutter guard fitted in place. But forgot to either install a longer strap, move the strap further up the downspout. Anyway it is just hanging out undone.

They were on time and did outstanding work and finished everything in a couple of hours even though a major thunderstorm moved through the area during the install. Gutters cleaned and guards installed with no leaks even after another thunderstorm later in the day.

I was very happy with our representative Manny, he explained the process to us in great detail. Since we are a Community Center we needed help in repairing our gutters. We are extremely busy during this time of year so we needed a professional company that we could depend on t do the job correctly. Manny was very knowledgeable and took time to explain every step to us. In other words, I didn't feel like this was gutters for dummies.
