Customer service was confused about the payment. I paid the balance for the carpet 1 week later they called and told me I owed more money said that tne customer person taking the payment made a mistake and did not charge me what was due but asked them twice and the said I had a 0 balance not my fault I payed what they told me was due.

The corporate sales representatives are relentless. They will call you 3 times a day with a different sales pitch... it annoyed me since I d already agreed to a purchase price with the local sales representative that came to my house. It was like he was trying to steal the sell from his colleague

Empire services were overpriced. I found better value at big box stores and local flooring companies. Their products were limited. They pressured for purchase without allowing time for price comparisons.

Contracted to have Empire Today due galley kitchen area that blended into a hallway with vinyl sheeting [Approximately 166 sq ft surface]. 24-year-old commercial tile, floor prep, installation and clean-up was all accomplished in 4-hours and 10-minutes. Superb Job included quality workmanship. Highly recommended.

The salesman didn't bring actual samples but just showed me pictures on a tablet and then he ordered the wrong flooring. After two delays due to weather, the guys came to install it and that is when I discovered they had the wrong flooring but we didn't have time to start over as we were having company for the holidays and needed it done so had them install what they had. The installers were great but the salesman was not.

They did my entire house in one day, and in a timely manner. I was so amazed at how they how completed the work so fast and how well the floors looked when they were done. Fantastic work!

I was not offered any of the advertised discounts. Shortly after the install was done Empire advertised a large discount. Since my installation was complete I was not able to take advantage of it. The cost of doing 4 steps was prohibitive. I am installing another product on the steps since Empire does not do stairs except for carpeting. There was confusion on the install date. The installers didn't have enough to finish the job and had to return the next week ti finish. The installers did a great job. The cost was over $7 a square foot.
