The install crew came out in the morning on the day they were supposed to and were able to finish the install in a single day (they worked very hard all day and were willing to stay late and finish it). There was only one small issue with the placement of a seam in our bedroom and Julia promptly and courteously rescheduled a correction to be made. The crew came out for the correction on the day and time they were supposed to and took care of it within about 2 hours. Overall, we were extremely happy with our experience at Brooks and would highly recommend them for your carpet and flooring needs."

Ivan arrived on time, kept dust and debris to a minimum and cleaned up after his work. His work followed installation of new countertops and he was essential to that process. He discovered a number of problems with the countertop installation that provided the support to the stone store for installation of replacement countertops. Also, the price for this work was fair and competitive. One of the things that set Ivan apart was his desire to come by and see the job in order to quote it competitively. He also provided input on tile and grout selection. Bottom line is that we recommend Ivan for any tile work and plan on having him do additional tile work in our home."
