"Rick was excellent. Our water heater died during a cold snap in January. We called another plumber, he tried to revive our old Navien water heater that was located outdoors, but it was beyond repair. The other plumber gave us an estimate to install a new water heater in our garage. It was way too expensive. We called McCoy, and he gave us a very reasonable estimate, given that the gas line had to be extended from one side of the house to the other. Rick listened to our concerns and objectives, and provided what we wanted. Josh and Taylor showed up and worked quickly and efficiently, and it was a long day at that. The new water heater is working very well, and we hope to have no problems during future cold snaps. The new water heater is a recirculating model and we have the wired remote located in the house. He showed up on time and completed work in a timely fashion. He checked my shower and issues in all bathrooms and in the crawlspace. I appreciated him taking pics of all the problems and pics p repairs done. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done before work was done and then wrote up an estimate. I am in an older home and explained the type of pipes I had in other areas would need to be replaced eventually and is to send me a quote for this to be done later. No mess left behind. When the scheduled appointment had to be changed to a later time, she called me to let me know and schedule for later. Paul came on time for the rescheduled appointment, completed a thorough inspection, and provided guidance on next steps. Before he started, he told us it was very possible his company would not be the one to do the work we needed. Afterward, he explained what needed to be done and what our next steps should be.
