I called them and they said they would be here that day. I called the people again and they said they would be here late today or tomorrow. He asked where I live and I said it. He said, "We're right there so I'll stop." The reason that they really got here promptly is because I had called them as they were driving and they said they were coming right after where I live. If I have any problem and I need them, I would use them.

I was very pleased with the service from Denver Plumbing. They did not try and sell me something I did not need. They gave me options for equipment and discussed the pros and cons of different systems. The install itself went incredibly smoothly and was very quick. In fact, the installers reduced the actual price I was quoted given that the install did not take as long as expected. I greatly appreciated this since it demonstrated a great deal of honesty.

Went very well. The guys showed up and quickly diagnosed the problem. Then proceeded to clean the pump tank out and tested all the floats to make sure it worked. Also educated me on the need to clean the unit a couple times a year.

Very professional and friendly. They called ahead and was on time, work was done quickly with perfection. He didn't try to over sell in fact gave suggestion for the best and most cost efficient results. I am very satisfied and will call on Denver Plumbing again.

The Denver Plumbing employee, Jeremy, was prompt. He was courteous and took measure to protect my hardwood floors as he replaced the toilet. He was swift and the job was done in less than an hour. I would use Denver Plumbing again and recommend them highly.

GREAT! I noticed a developing leak on the hot water heater Thursday evening that could wait. On Friday around mid morning I contacted Scott as I had his Cell from a prior consult. He advised he was in the middle of a job but would call me back soon which he did. I explained my problem and he told me someone had cancelled a job and that he might be able to take care of me that day. He volunteered to come by and look at what I needed as he was working fairly close. Scott sized up what I needed and went on to another job that had been prescheduled. I figured that was it for the day. WRONG! Scott called back at 2 pm and said he was ready to head my way. Quick service, courteous, knowledgeable, neat work and cleaned up behind himself. Definitely hard to find that combination these days.

I couldn't ask for better. Jeremy and a co-worker (whose name I didn't learn) got here before expected and replaced my water heater, which was rusted out and had a dead element. They were mindful of tracking dirt and mud into the house and checked a shower which is dripping badly. The shower will be fixed in a couple of days because they didn't have specific supplies on the truck.
Both guys were the nicest I have met, professional and personable. It was a pleasure having them here. Will I use Denver Plumbing again? Absolutely!! Will I recommend them to friends and family? WITHOUT HESITATION!!

When it comes time to change filter, (near future) we didn't have product information on invoice so we had to call. We went online, then called Denver plumbing to be sure. Front office needed to go back into system to see what was installed then find filtration #. This is not terrible, but it should have been on invoice to begin with.
