Service plumbing installed all of my plumbing fixtures. We had a DTV smart system installed on our shower. They never programmed it right and it never worked right. It wound up going haywire on me so I called them to fix it. After multiple attempts, I had no luck in getting them to do the job right and had to hire someone else.

From Kenneth's initial cost and appraisal, the service we received was exceptional. I interviewed 4 differ plumbing services to finish a expanded kitchen remodel after we let the original contractor and plumber go. Service Plumbing finished out the rough plumbing requirements which included redoing plumbing that had been done by the previous plumbing service. Over 4 visits, Service Plumbing installed 2 toilets, a water heater, 3 sinks, a disposal and dishwasher. They also fixed and old 1936 Koehler faucet and bathtub faucet mixer. Every technician that came to the house was punctual, professional, and friendly. They got the job right... the first time. Passed inspection with no issues. Service Plumbing will remains our go to source for ALL plumbing needs. Highly recommend for any plumbing requirements.

I was thrilled when I called to ask if they worked on sump pumps and they told me they did, and could even come out the same day!  I wasn't sure what the problem was, but Justin was great.  It turned out the sump pump was ok, and the problem was with my heating system in the crawl space right by the sump pump.  Justin cleaned the sump pump and made sure all was ok before leaving.  Having a company that can make same day visits is great.  I will definitely work with this company again for all my plumbing needs.

Be aware this company over charges you I had problem with my grinder pump. I was told that service call will be $125.00 and they handed me $265.00 bill to me and not to even correct the problem. I was told that the replacement pump will cost $2,250 when I knew the cost of the pump is not more than $700 The most. After I refuse to have them change the pump the technician did not bother to put the pump back in place. Finally my husband stopp the technician when he was driving to go away and he put the pump back in. We called the office and told them and they reduce the price to $200. But my question is when a technician comes to your house to examine the problem the $ 125 should include the diagnostic. Please when you call this company make sure they do not take advantage of your situation.

It went great. Service Plumbing was able to coordinate same-day service. The technician arrived an hour sooner than expected. He showed me how to turn off the urinal if something like that happened in the future. Problem was fixed within 10 minutes. We will definitely use again.

They are honest! They are great work with!  They are very courteous,also!

It started off fine. They showed up and were responsive. Then, we had an employee from service plumbing who was complaining about everything that needed to be done for the remodel. The employee complained about crawling under the house to work in the crawl space and talked down to my wife. They installed the tankless hot water heater and it has failed inspection two times. Our contact told us they would be here today and no one has showed or will return my wife's calls. The good thing is we still owe them a lot of money. I am not impressed and would not recommend to another homeowner.

They are excellent. They are very punctual and professional.

We have used Service Plumbing for a couple of years on the yearly testing of our Irrigation Backup Valve as required by the City of Charlotte and have been satisfied each time. This year I also had a drain that needed unclogging which they did quickly and efficiently and didn't even bat an eye when I asked them if it would be a problem to do it while they were already out despite us not actually scheduling the drain clean. They are always friendly, early to the job and there are no surprise costs. Highly recommended.

It went better than expected. They completed something that was promised by the contractor, it worked out great.

WHEN I SAW THE PROBLEM AFTER SHOWER THIS MORNING,I CALL MARK PERKINS FROM ADJUSTABLE SERVICES,(HE DID A GREAT WORK WITH THE HEATH PUMP OF ONE CONDO I JUST BOUGHT ) HE TOLD ME I CAN NOT UNTILL MONDAY BUT I GET YOU ONE.TEN MINUTES LATER I RECEIVED THE CALL FROM SERVICE PLUMBING OF CHARLOTTE ASKING FOR MY ADDRESS.20 MINUTES LATER ARRIVED KENNETH PADGETT,EMPLOYEE OF THE COMPANY AND HE DID IT.ON TIME, FOR A DECENT PRICE AND WITH A SMILE.

They were very good and they were quick to get out to my house. They came recommended from my handyman. He was great to work with.

They showed up fast on a Saturday night!! They fixed the problem. I was just very impressed that they called me back on a Saturday night and made it out there. I called probably 10+ companies. Most of which called me back on Monday morning. The plumber that came out was very professional, courteous, etc. I have called other plumbing companies on Angie's List that wanted to charge me more than they did, for less work in the middle of the week, let alone a Saturday night.

Much of the work was done to our satisfaction, however, the leak in the sink was still happening. When we called them back to fix it, they sent another tech out who said he didn't have the part and would have to return. He said the previous tech isn't always specific on his service tickets so it is often hard for him to tell what the tech worked on. A couple of days later, the original tech called and said he never did any work to the sink because it wasn't leaking for him, so it wasn t his problem. We distinctly remember the tech telling us that he repaired it because he even gave us instructions on how he would replace the water damaged boards under the sink. He never told us he couldn't duplicate the problem and therefore did nothing. A later conversation with one of the owners didn't go any better. He basically said he was getting conflicting information and so he wasn't going to send anyone out at no charge especially since they are quite far from our area. Instead, he suggested that we hire someone in our area. Why did they come out in the first place if they didn't want to do business in our area? Since they sent a tech out to attend to unfinished business, it appeared to us that they were taking responsibility. Only after they discovered they didn't have the part on hand to complete the job right, did they decide that it wasn't work they performed. We feel like they just didn't want to return again to make it right.

THEY SENT OUT THEIR SERVICE GUY (DARRELL) WHO WAS PUNCTUAL AND DID A GREAT JOB. HE BROUGHT ALL THE SUPPLIES NEEDED AND WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

THEY FIXED A LEAKING PIPE DUE TO INCREASED WATER PRESSURE AND PIPE BURST.
