Took these guys 5 tries to clear the problems then expected to be paid for 5 trips. Laughable! These guys don’t understand business ethics and have no sense of responsibility. Steer clear!

I am writing regarding an experience my parents had since they aren't online much. They payed this company monthly to be a preferred member. When they called and scheduled a needed service appointment they never showed up on the appointed day and time.... TWICE. We all know things happen and schedules can get backed (no pun intended) up but communication would have been nice.

Very detailed review of existing system. Made recommendation on repairs.

I contacted Stanley via their contact form and heard back immediately with a quote and appt. availability.  I was able to schedule via email and the tech called to let me know he was on the way.  They got right to work and schooled me on the basics of septic tanks since we had never owned one.

.On a Sunday, my septic and main drain line decided to go haywire. Stanley Environmental had a representative call me back within minutes of my call to their service. Sean explained that on a Sunday it would be $100.00 extra for the call out. (Kenneling dogs and hotel would have been more). They were here within 3 hours of the original call. They were very respectful and professional. They didn't tear up my yard any more than absolutely necessary, took care of the problem, and put things back to the way they found them, as best they could. I was very pleased with the work and the men who did it.

From the time I requested an estimate, to the completion of the work, everything was done in a professional manner.  When they arrived, they fully explained the work they were going to perform, and the condition of the yard after completion.  Everything went as scheduled and we were totally satisfied.

After multiple back-ups and multiple firms coming in to say we needed a new system, Stanley came in and determined that the positioning of the pipe coming into the holding tank was the cause.  Instead of paying several thousand dollars for a new system, they made the repairs to the pipe and the problem was solved.
Great customer service with good people on their trucks.  Highly recommend them and will do so in the future.

They showed us exactly where and how much of my yard they would dig up, explained how they were cleaning my septic tank and even explained why I was hearing a noise in my sinks.  They were done in about 30 minutes and put my sod back in the hole they dug.  I will use Stanley again and have already told my neighbor to use them.

We thought we needed a new pump, but we only needed new piping and a valve replaced.  We called in the AM, they responded in the afternoon.  They were prompt, called before arriving, and did a great job.  We still may need to have our 20 year old pump replaced, but we were told it is working fine for now. They did not try to sell us products and services we did not need, and we appreciate that. We plan to purchase a service contract and will definitely use this company in the future.
