Joey and Tom were on-site within 24 hours of calling, diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes and were able to replace the pump less than 24 hours after that. Even though our pump was unusual for its application, they had one in stock. I called two other companies for estimates. Morgan's was the lowest.

We looked up well drillers on Angie's list and had Morgan and another well driller on our list to talk to. Mike Morgan was honest, professional and came across as trustworthy when we met him. Then we found out a neighbor had their well drilled by Morgan as well, so we were sold. We have been so pleased all around. All of his guys were great to work with and looking to do the best job. We had a difficult site to get to on the back of our lot with houses all around us. We received permission from a neighbor to drive on their property with the truck and the team put down boards and drove/reversed the very large truck extremely slow to the back yard to make sure that as little damage as possible was done to their lawn. He made sure that the landscapers who came to clean up afterwards did a good job and that our fence was installed quickly. When he came out a few weeks later to check on things, he noticed that some of the landscapers work wasn't quite right. My husband had already told me that he would just pay someone to come fix it "right" but when Mike saw it, he made sure that the landscaper came back and fixed it for no extra charge. We couldn't be happier with Mike & his team. They were all great to work with and their rates are right in line with any other well driller prices that we have seen.

I woke up and found I had no water.  I called Morgan Well service and when I returned home from work that evening, everything was working beautifully.  They were quick to respond and diagnose/repair the problem.   They are my new well service.

Mid-day on a Friday we realized there was no water in the house. We contacted Morgan Well. The woman who answered the phone was really nice and very helpful. All of their crews were out on jobs, but she said she would look into it and call us back shortly. She did as she said and they came that very afternoon and got some pressure back to the house so that at least we had water. We were clearly in need of a new pump and they returned first thing Monday morning to install a new pump. They were professional, priced fairly, and did a great job. When they were leaving Friday afternoon, they made it clear that if we lost water again before Monday all we had to do was call and they would come back over the weekend to install a new pump. Thankfully that did not happen. After they completed their work the water pressure is better than it has ever been in the house! They did a great job and I would highly recommend them.

Two men came at the time promised, inspected the issue and diagnosed the problem. Offered several different solutions with different prices. Replaced the pressure tank and it was broken and decided that they were correct in that the well pump need to be replaced as it was over 30 years old and could go at any time. On inspection the pump showed signs of its age. They had what was needed on their truck. Were on site at 8:30 and finished up and gone by 10:30 am. Cleaned up after themselves.. Very nice people to work with. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing water system repair.

Charles Morgan and his crew were wonderful. It has been two years since this installation. He used the best material and it has run perfect ever since this install. The well went dead early this year 2014, I called him out and it was fixed the next day. After two years of irrigation I still recommend Charles and his company

We determined there was no water coming from our well on Sunday and contacted Morgan Well and Pump Monday morning. The woman who answered the phone was very nice and explained that the guys were on another service call and did not know if they would be able to get to me before the end of the day - if not, they would be out early Tuesday. Our well only services our outdoor spigots, so I explained that it was not urgent. She explained that someone would call when they were about 30 minutes out. I didn't hear from them on Monday, so I followed up early Tuesday. The office worker explained that they would be out around lunchtime. The guys showed up as expected in a marked truck and were very nice and got to work quickly. I showed them where the pump was for the well, but explained I did not know where the tank was. They found the tank and other components in the crawl space. They quickly diagnosed the issue as an inoperable switch, but explained that there was also a hole in the air bladder in the tank. The tank was determined to be way past its expected life and it was explained that the condition of the tank would cause the switch to fail again and could burn out our pump. He recommended we replace the tank, gauge, and switch. I believe the cost of parts was approximately $200, so I feel the total price was a little high, but I was happy they could make the repair the same day and they were very helpful in understanding a bit more about the size of the tank, the power of the pump, and the depth of our well (we have only lived in the home for 8 months prior), so overall I feel it was worth the cost (plus, we thought we had to replace the pump, so the price was less than we expected). I would definitely recommend this company and plan to call them if we have any future issues arise with our well.

I wish there was a A+ grade! because it was nice to deal with a family owned and operated business that is honest and not a bigger company trying to sell me something. Other well company already quoted $8000 to fix( new softener, new filter, rehab well, chlorine/dry ice and drain line...) Mr Morgan and his son found a valve shut off that was directing my water straight to house ...not processing thru filter and softener.... Only charged $80 Even came out to Mint Hill for me. Thanks

We had some work done at my grandmothers property by others and didn't notice a waterline had been cut. It appeared the well was not running water to the house. I called Morgan Well and Pump on Labor Day and they were so nice and arrived at the property within the hour. Definitely would use again.

My well water pump died Saturday afternoon and after trying to fix it for an hour or two I started calling various well/plumbing services around 6pm. Mrs. Morgan was very quick to call me back with details on their availability (Mr. Morgan was on another service call and didn't know how long it was going to take) and was very helpful and honest about if they were going to be able to make it out that night. It turned out Mr. Morgan finished his other service call and came out to fix my pump at 8:30pm and had it working in half an hour. Great service, friendly people, would definitely recommend Morgan Well to others!

I was given a general timeline as to when they would be able to start and how long it would take to complete the job. They were able to start earlier than expected and completed the job in the previously discussed number of days. They put a liner in the well casing and sealed the old casing so that it wouldn't continue to contaminate the well. They returned each day they said they would, and completed the job without supervision and disturbed my yard as little as possible. My well continues to be problem free!
I now have their card in my quick card index so I can go directly to them for any and all future well services.

Morgan Well and Pump came and gave me a clue on what it would cost. They had some trouble when they started drilling for then well. They drilled one hole, they drilled a second hole and they had to drill a third hole and they did not cash on that added cost to me; they're covering it on their own. I thought that was a really, really excellent way of doing business. If the pump ever fails about 10 years from now, I'll be calling him up to come charge me some more money and replace it.

The well went out Friday night and we have livestock that need water. I made lots of calls but Morgan Well and Pump was the only group that said they would come out on Saturday morning (this was at 10:30 pm when we spoke) and a holiday weekend at that! They arrived on time, very courtious gentlemen. They checked a few things and advised me of what they thought was the issue. The wire was bad from the pump to the switch. Because the pump is housed in a well house, they had to remove part of the wood planks covering the well house. They pulled the pipe, replaced the wiring, put it all back together, replaced the wooden planks they removed from the well house and cleaned up after wards as well. I would highly recommend this organization. They are friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. It was a pleasure having them here. THANK YOU Morgan Well and Pump!

This was the first time any work had been done on my 12 year old well and Mike ran into some issues because the concrete around the well had been poured too high. He ended up spending twice as much time as planned, but stuck with his original estimate and skipped lunch to ensure I had water that day.

Great. We are getting good pressure. The water tastes great and we don't have worry about the city raising rates for water!!
