AZA Repair & Brenovations HVAC Are the Worst Landmark sent AZA Repair for my refrigerator, and they left it worse than before?still not working, scorch marks from a blowtorch, copper lines sticking out, tools and oil left behind, and no receipt. Then Landmark sent Brenovations HVAC for an AC motor replacement, and that turned into exposed wires, bolts hitting fan blades, missing parts, and complete disregard for safety near my kids? play area. If you are a busy homeowner with little time to spare, our warranty programs will work well for you. The cost is minimal - peace of mind is invaluable.

"Sewer line was completely blocked by roots. My local plumber cleared it out for $700 but there was a large crack in the line where the roots came in and repair/replacement of the line was strongly recommended as the roots will soon re-enter the pipe and occlude it again. I called SLWA the next day to schedule a technician to come out, assess, and proceed, but they refused to do so. They said I would have to wait until the line completely occluded again before they would do anything. Note that I did not ask for any reimbursement of the work already done by my plumbing company. The contract clearly states that they will repair a leaking line. I emailed them about this but got no response after 2 weeks. I called them again, and ended up cancelling my policy, getting a refund for next year's policy which I had already prepaid, and asked for a refund of this year's policy, since they were not honoring its terms. They refused but did agree to refund the last 11 days of this year's policy. Please avoid this company at all costs."

"I had a bad computer board in my oven. they said they would not cover it because they found a roach. This is Florida we have some roaches. i do not have a bug problem. It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"
