I got the call from a tenant that they had no air on a Saturday night. Brad had someone there the next morning and repaired the unit.

I've reviewed this company when they replaced my upstairs A/C unit, that was nothing short of top rate professional. Now temp dropped down to the twenties and downstairs unit was just not heating at all. Made call to Brad and though he had other jobs on going he stopped off before going home. The trouble, a bare wire. He didn't just tape it up he replaced it and tied up all the other wires so they wouldn't rub. Also, replaced the fuse since it looked like it was about to go. Had to force him to take at least a half service call charge. Here's what really floored me, three day later with a pending snow storm he texted me to see if unit was still running right and said if we had any problems to call. I just wish he did more than just HVAC work.

Our downstairs a/c unit was not cooling. We called After hours and they came out early the next day just as promised. They recharged the unit, came back the following morning (just as promised) and replaced a part that was under warranty. We were kept informed and they were very professional. Won't hesitate to use them again!
