"I called Harold around 8AM and explained my problem. He said he could fix it. Harold came right away even though he was a 45 minute drive from me. He opened the back of the hvac unit and immediately said, hereâ s your problem and showed it to me. He had the part with him, replaced it and fixed the unit like he promised.
