It went great!! The salesman was very friendly, very helpful, and actually price-matched the washer I wanted. He actually informed me about the set I wanted, and then told me the specifics about what I would need in order to make it work in our home. He provided the installation and delivery for free, and the technician was very helpful. The overall experience was great, and I'm so glad that I purchased from there instead of Lowes. I believe that small business is better than big business any day, and the fact that he price matched was wonderful!

My experience was excellent since the technician knew what he was doing, he was very knowledgeable and polite. I will use him again. I did not pay anything since it was under warranty.
