Orlando and his crew was professional, clean. The final results was above and beyond my vision to perfection. The cost was reasonable and time to complete was what he said it will take. He had so much patience with me when I couldn’t make my mind on color. He communicated with me and explained the process throughout the whole process. You will not regret hiring him.

Orlando and his team went above and beyond! During any remodel project there are normally unforeseen things that come up or things that you would like to add on or incorporate into the project. They were quick to adapt and more than happy to accommodate and offer potential solutions or ideas to improve upon what we originally discussed. We began this project 1,000 miles away. We had never met Orlando, but were impressed with our initial conversation over the phone. He was the only one that went out to our home and gave us an estimate. What sold us was he said he was going to treat our project/home just like it was his. He started the project and kept us posted along the way. After 10 long days we were able to finally get to meet Orlando and his team and see our remodeled house for the first time. Needless to say we were impressed! They cleanup up well and completed the project in a timely fashion. We already have plans in the works for Floac's to do some additional work in the very near future.

He was the only one able and willing to do the job through the drywall and not cut a hole in the side of the garden bathtub. It was a difficult job with a tight small place to work within the wall. He replaced the bathroom faucets and repaired the drywall as if he was never there! Highly skilled and experienced A+

Excellent. Kitchen was done in a day. Left everything clean. Removed and counter tops, and installed quartz. Remodeled 2 bathrooms, gut job to final product. Priced well, included all necessary repairs and adjustments for water lines, light fixtures etc.

Orlando and his team did a great job, especially with the hardwoods and removal of our pop-corn ceiling. He also repaired some items that needed fixing while on the job too. His prices were very reasonable.

My quartz countertops look great. Installation was on time and craftsmanship was great. I will use them again.
