They started when they said they would, got the job done efficiently, and kept in touch with us about changes and innovations as the project went along. They were also totally honest with us about renovation ideas we had that would not have worked due to the condition and logistics of our home, which is 60 years old and sits on a steep hill. So here’s the thing, … I’ve found over the years that hiring a Handy Man that is reliable, competent, reasonably priced, and has proof of insurance extremely difficult. Summary: When you hire a handy man your establishing a relationship with another person/company. I’ve found that so often with contractors that they are horrible communicators.
