"Awesomely! My house and driveway had not been cleaned for a number of years. Everything looks so much better! Clean Verde sent two crews to my house: first, the person to pressure wash the house and soft wash the driveway, then the crew to wash the windows and screens. Each crew had a truck fitted with the equipment they needed for the job. Everyone was on time, polite, and hardworking. My driveway has never looked this good after pressure washing - Clean Verde’s soft washing does a MUCH better job. Same for my windows - this is not a guy standing on the ground with a pressure washer, these guys set up ladders, remove the screens and clean them, then wash the windows with hoses and squeegees (how double pane thermal windows should be done). My house is so much brighter inside! Clean Verde will be the people I call from now on for exterior cleaning."

"Thanks to Angi for this recommendation! Nate Wolfe of Top Notch Cleaning Solutions responded fast, drove an hour and 15 min and showed up early for his appointment at our residence. He said how he’d tackle our gutter cleaning, and did what he said he would do on this cold day. Our gutters were caked up badly with wet leaves, hardened sludge, and even ice, but not any more. Professional and refreshingly polite, his communication and customer service skills are way, way above normal. Lastly, his clean up was effective. 👍"

"The problem was not with the cleaners. It was with the owner of the business. First of all, she required $100 to guarantee that we would engage her company. The cost for the first two visits was almost $500. We are a retired couple living alone with one beagle. We are NOT pigs and our house was not filthy. My big beef is that she requires payment via a credit card which she charges the week we are due for cleaning. The other complaint is that, even if you notify her ahead of time, you are still charged for cleaning if you will be gone and do NOT want anyone in your home to clean. The other “rule” is that you need to give a 30 day written and verbal notice to cancel her services. But, we were not given an address ?? A contract was brought to us after several weeks of engaging this company. Since we were already unhappy with Maid it Happen, we did not sign it! The cleaning lady who took care of us was excellent !! That is “why” some of the grades were higher. However, I would not recommend this company to anyone!"
