"Our house was built in 1948 and a large addition was added in 1962. Following a garden wedding at our home the bathrooms at the rear of the house would not drain properly. Andrew of Hill Plumbing arrived and attempted to find the clean out. There was none. He attempted to snake out the drains but there were obstructions. He brought in a video camera on the end of a snake and found the problems. He installed a new clean out and provided some options to permanently repair the problems caused by the 1962 addition and age of the plumbing. Andrew worked harder and knew the answers to every issue better than any plumber I've ever encountered. It may have been more expensive than some others, but you get what you pay for and I was very satisfied with the work and experience. By the way, I called three other plumbers before Hill and either got put off for a week or was never answered.

"We shopped around and settled on MVFS because we thought they offered best product. MVFS encapsulated our crawl space plus put in 2 sump pumps/drains. We had it done right before "Debby" and there were some issues due to the amount of rain we got. We called MVFS and they immediately came out and rectified the situation. On Friday, he called to let me know that he was available to come earlier than scheduled, if I would like. He arrived shortly after the phone call, came in and quickly recognized that the pump had failed. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I was very pleased with his service and look forward to him returning to install a new pump."

"They didn't end up doing the work. They were really high on what they wanted to do. Other people who looked at the porch said that it was not causing an issue with any water intrusion and that there doesn't seem to be any signs on the posts that this could have been recent, it could have been long ago. So no work was done. It was a front porch that had just the level concrete on one side was dipping just a little bit. I think they were going to pump it up from underneath or something like that to level it out. I would say that their response time and their professionalism of getting the quote to us on a timely manner was good. The quote was high and yet the work was not necessary according to other quotes. They should be honest to say when repairs are necessary and when they are not. The guy who showed up was nice and professional and was on time. There was a decent response time."

"They have been out for the electrical. They have been out for the pool. They have been out for the sump pump. Its the fee for the service call. We have used them for the last 3 years. If you have an appliance that you think needs replaced they will not replace it they will repair it to death. They are very responsive. Some of the people they send out are great, some are okay."
