Communication was abysmal, with a lack of professionalism that made the entire process incredibly unpleasant. They seemed disinterested and indifferent, rarely providing updates, or addressing my concerns. The quote that we agreed to was based off a large amount of labor as this was supposed to be a quick job. The turnaround time for the project was nothing short of extensive. What was initially promised to be a timely 9-day completion turned into a never-ending saga of delays. Weeks turned into months, and I found myself constantly chasing after Dan for progress updates. It was abundantly clear that they lacked a sense of urgency and commitment to their work. Every time we went to the condo to check in, there were 2 to 3 teenagers there completing the work.
