Jesse and Kenny were responsive, fit me into their schedule very quickly, arrived on time, did a great job and were extremely professional and very pleasant. I know that they do offer other services in addition to lawn mowing, so if you’re looking for the full package fertilizer, pest control, landscaping, they have expertise in these areas as well. "When I called Mike for an estimate, he came the next day, looked over the area and gave me a quote while he was here. He also said that if I would get wheat straw and grass seed, they would go ahead and spread those for me after they finished grading. He said it would be a couple of weeks before he could get to my yard due to other jobs he had going on, which was fine. During that time, he stayed in contact with me and got to it when he said he would. I had a bad car accident several days prior to his coming to work on my yard. When he got here, I explained that I wasn't able to get the seed and straw because of the accident and the injuries sustained and I would have to take care of that myself at a later time. He got his guys started and left. A little while later he came back with the wheat straw and grass seed on his truck. He picked them up for me because of the accident so that I wouldn't have to worry about handling that later. He proved to me that there is some human kindness left in the world. They tilled up the problem areas, smoothed out the dirt, and then spread the grass seed and wheat straw. He and his guys got the job finished just like I wanted it and they were all very professional. It feels wonderful to be able to walk in my yard again without fear of either me or my dogs blowing knees due to stepping in holes. I will be calling on him again when I need work done and I will be referring him. Mike Steger is a great man and makes sure that the job is done right!"

"This project was a breeze. Hunter communicated when he would be onsite and how long it would take. He was punctual and did exactly what he promised. What impressed me most was how he kept me informed about the project and his total professionalism. I am going to use his services again within the next three to four months. "Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."
