Brandon arrived as expected, evaluated the problem with the washer, came back to install a new part and when that did not work, returned to install another part which corrected the problem. We were very pleased that he was professional enough to help solve the problem instead of telling us that it could not be fixed. We will certainly keep his phone number in case we need a repairman again. If only he worked on sewing machines.........

Great install by Brandon - repair of old unit was too expensive so purchased new one and Old South did installation. Very knowledgeable, efficient, and cleaned up well after the work. Will definitely use Old South again when required!

I would highly recommend this company, particularly Brandon who was my technician. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He quickly assessed the problem and was able to remedy my problem the very same day. He also explained all the things he did and was happy to answer all my questions. I will call this company again and ask for Brandon. I also think the price was a fair price for the work involved. Thank you a hundred times.

The pro was very professional and respectful. He was knowledgeable and was able to fix my appliance quickly. He even drove across town to meet up with a colleague to get the part that was needed to make the repair.

Never got back in contact with me on ice maker, ripped me off for $200. I will never recommend them. They are a Fraudulent company. I want my money back

From the time I was in contact with Old South Appliance until the day of repair for my dishwasher, I was very pleased. The day of the service repair, Brandon was very polite and thorough. He explained what the problem was and within no time my dishwasher was working again. I would definitely recommend this company.

Very professional and keeps you informed

Our technician was a rock star; courteous, knowledgeable, very thorough, efficient, and a pleasure to meet! Diagnosed the problem and came back later with part and repaired.

They (Brandon) came out as promised and said he thought it could be a sensor problem and I would hear back by the end of the day with a quote to fix the issue. When that did not happen I called the next day and was given an apology and assured I would hear back within the hour. The NEXT afternoon I called and could not leave a message as the voice mail was full. They basically took my $85 dollars and ran. Angie List called to ask how things were and I told them the same story. They said they would have someone else call and to date I have not heard from anyone. I feel at the very least my money should be refunded, they did cash the check, pronto!
