They sent someone out within the hour to check it out. They confirmed what we were thinking, which was we needed a new unit. Joe Deluca showed up on Monday morning 6/24/24) and went over everything in detail with us, laying out all of our options so we could make an educated decision. Joe was able to get the unit ordered for us and get the installation scheduled for first thing Wednesday morning 6/26/24. The installers were on time , very professional and polite. Joe also showed up that morning to confirm the installers were there and make sure everything was going ok. After the install was done, Jesse showed up to go over the new thermostat with me and to make sure everything was working properly and everything was cleaned up. After Jesse left Joe Deluca showed up one last time to confirm everything was done properly and that we were satisfied with the job. We can’t say enough good things about J&J Air; from start to finish everyone we came in contact with was top-notch!"

"Let me tell you my experience with Quality Air & Insulation 843 333 8816 I have a development spec built house that was under air conditioned. I wanted to remove my 3 ton AC unit and gas furnace in the attic and installed a 4 ton Heat Pump system. Not hard to do easy. Remove one complete system install a new different system. I called and met with 6 qualified recommended HVAC contractors. Reviewed all pricing then started to discuss in detail their proposals and quoted HVAC system. I selected what we thought was the BEST of the BEST. I had the work scheduled on a day that turned out to be 95, then my wife and I had to be out of town crazy right ! What could go wrong ? Simple unplug, plug in and play LOL Well here is what happened- From Sal the owner to every mechanic Nick, Logan, Tyler, Hewitt, Dwayne and others they were PROFESSIONAL, HONEST, EXTREMELY QUALIFIED, CLEAN AS A WHISTLE, PLEASANT to SPEAK WITH, KEPT ME INFORMED and I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM for any and all your HVAC work you need. It was a seamless experience with a major installation of an important system necessary to have and not one problem not being home. Call and speak with Quality Air you will never go wrong. "I made an appointment to have duct work replaced due to what I thought was an animal that had gotten underneath and destroyed everything. When they arrived I was told there was way more involved than I thought. I could see by the pictures and after removing some of the under pinning exactly what they were talking about. They could have patched it up and i could have paid them and I would have never known any better, which is exactly what had happened from a previous company. I being very skeptical on who to hire as this is my vacation home but I could not have made a better decision!! After being told of my situation I made the decision to go ahead and replace all the duct work and figured since things had changed it would be the next week before it could be completed , no they were there the next day. They worked through several rain downpours and awful heat but everything and completed,cleaned up and I had great air once again. Randy and Christina actually came by during the job and it was so nice to meet them!! They could have done a patch job and left with me thinking everything was great but they did not do that. It is so good to know there are decent and honest people you can trust like Randy and Christina Byrd and the guys they have working for them. I was told "mam I just can't patch this up and leave you with it , I just wouldn't feel right and I would hate for anybody to do that to my sister or mother". This whole job was started and completed in 1 day. They cleaned and hauled away everything and I was told he would check in with me in a few days to be sure everything was good!! I could not have been more pleased with the crew and the work they did! I would recommend AIR TIME to everyone! I need to mention the cost...I had another estimate done before choosing anyone for the job and after everything was said and done Air Time saved me hundreds of dollars!! I couldn't have made a better decision!! Air Time is the best."

It was not actually the unit itself, but the ductwork that goes from one side of the house to the other was in terrible condition. Definitely needed repair. Holes in it big enough to put a clothes basket in it was no wonder that It was amazing. Their service is great so I would definitely recommend them to anybody that had air-conditioning problems or plumbing problems.
