I needed to replace the original heating/cooling unit in my condo built in 1998. I wanted to replace the unit with the same size. I got 3 estimates and Quality Air was the best price price and was a 15.seer unit. Plus they cleaned my dryer vent and will again in 6 months when they come out to check the unit. It took them 2 days due to the difficulty of getting the old air handler out. The walls around the air handler were practically built around it. They were able to get the air handler out without any changes or damage to my walls. They were very courteous and respectful of my carpet and property. They kept me informed along the way during installation. I highly recommend Quality Air. They answered all of my questions before and after my installation and I had plenty.

This is the best HVAC Company I have ever dealt with. I was looking to replace my old tired HVAC system with a newer more efficient system. I called the office and told them i was looking to replace my system. Sal came to my residence the same day I called and before he left he told me exactly what the job was going to cost, but then I hit him with the rest of the project. I wanted a Bosch system with a full duct replacement with all hard ductwork no flex duct, and the work to include removal of the entire old system including flex duct, then moving the interior unit to a more central area in my attic and raising all the hard ducts as high as possible giving me so much more room and easier passage through out the attic. They also installed a multi unit Samsung mini split, one head at about 30 feet and a second head about 100 feet. Once again, I requested the Samsung brand and sizes 12000 & 18000. Unit also has connections for 2 more heads if I ever wish to add more.

Fast great service vert professional

A few weeks ago I had a New Air Unit installed at my home. I had a issue and called Quality Air. I was a little upset. I spoke to the office receptionist. She assured me that my problem would be solved. She was kind while I was a little upset. They sent someone out the same day. I would highly recommend Quality Air and insulation.
