The technician opened the duct, determined a damper stem appeared to be broken resulting in the damper falling to the bottom of the duct. "Jake came out to give look over what we had and give an estimate on replacing it. He was very professional, courteous, and thorough in discussing the options of three 3 models for us to consider. He answered all my questions about the differences/efficiency of each of the models and also made sure I knew about the rebates that were offered. We went with Carolina Air Care to do the A/C/Split Heat Pump replacement and they were prompt and professional with their work. We had this work done in May 2020 and over these past several months have noticed a significant reduction in our electric bill from the previous year - upgrading to a new model was worth it and we would us them again."
