Fast service, reasonable pricing, and they find the problem and fix it right the first time. As a bonus, their technicians are knowledgeable and helpful enough to answer questions and explain their work. Would definitely use them again.

J & J Air, installed our new Trane system a couple of years ago and did a wonderful job. Installation went very well, on a terribly hot day, the team did a great job, with no mess left behind. We have had a couple of Mechanical issues 1 with a broken part, and 1 with a failed switch. Both times the J & J teams showed up on time and resolved the issues as needed. Jeremy and his team are to be commended for their efforts and their Customer Service.

We couldn’t be happier with J&J air and highly recommend them. Our air went out late last Friday afternoon (6/21/24) just as this latest heat wave started. They sent someone out within the hour to check it out. They confirmed what we were thinking, which was we needed a new unit. Joe Deluca showed up on Monday morning 6/24/24) and went over everything in detail with us, laying out all of our options so we could make an educated decision. Joe was able to get the unit ordered for us and get the installation scheduled for first thing Wednesday morning 6/26/24. The installers were on time , very professional and polite. Joe also showed up that morning to confirm the installers were there and make sure everything was going ok. After the install was done, Jesse showed up to go over the new thermostat with me and to make sure everything was working properly and everything was cleaned up. After Jesse left Joe Deluca showed up one last time to confirm everything was done properly and that we were satisfied with the job. We can’t say enough good things about J&J Air; from start to finish everyone we came in contact with was top-notch!

The check up work was performed as expected and I was provided a complete report with pictures for my review. Technician was outstanding in his performance and provided recommendations for future maintenance.

It went well. We needed a module replaced, filters were replaced. Service contract renewed. We were pleased with Jonathan, his professionalism and the explanation he gave for the work he did.

The technician (Shoen) found out our capacitor needed replacing, and was able to fix it quickly and for a good price! He was kind and professional. We were so happy he was able to fix our unit!

Sean was fantastic, he was able to squeeze us in sooner and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly! He even helped me move some of my junk that was blocking his way in the garage (my recycling pile lol) thanks again!! 10/10 recommend!

From the initial preparation to the final turning on of the new system all went smoothly and according to plan. All work was very professional, and we were consulted every step of the way. All of our duct work needed replacing. The old system was never properly done nor sized to our home. We are happy!
