"Let me tell you my experience with Quality Air & Insulation 843 333 8816 I have a development spec built house that was under air conditioned. I wanted to remove my 3 ton AC unit and gas furnace in the attic and installed a 4 ton Heat Pump system. Not hard to do easy. Remove one complete system install a new different system. I called and met with 6 qualified recommended HVAC contractors. Reviewed all pricing then started to discuss in detail their proposals and quoted HVAC system. I selected what we thought was the BEST of the BEST. I had the work scheduled on a day that turned out to be 95, then my wife and I had to be out of town crazy right ! What could go wrong ? Exactly what you want when you're letting someone into your home. UPDATE: At 6pm i called because the AC was frozen (I thought.) EJ took the call, instead of the regular On Call Tech. He drove 40 minutes (I know this because the have a cool tracker) to come to my house. The AC was fine, again. I asked about a box on the side of the unit. Long story short, the previous homeowners had the power company put a Demand Restrictor on the unit which is limiting electricity to my AC and causing my sleepless nights. That'll be rectified ASAP, by the power company. "No Charge," said EJ."
