"Professional and respectful. We have had our new mini-split system installed for months now, and we love it. It cools our Carolina room and keeps the whole house comfortable. The whole crew was great and came back to put in the wifi adapter that was in backorder, and left everything neat. Stacy was incredible and helped us through the whole process. "Hadn't use our Carolina room for awhile due to the mini-split not working, called Swift for an estimate and they sent Tommy Taylor. After looking the room over as well as the old A/C he worked up a price for a new system. The price was very reasonable and Tommy explained the payment plan in every detail. He was very professional and knowledgeable."
