I provided the new hardware and was charged $200 for two small water lines. Cost about $18 each at Lowes. I have no problem with fair and reasonable but what was charged today was NOT fair and reasonable. Their service prices are outrageous! If you have money to burn then maybe this company is for you. I will NEVER use them again."

Professional up to a point, and at least 25% higher than competitor prices for same work and parts. Be prepared to be underwhelmed and treated like a dummy who doesn't deserve to know what's going on."
