Fran's crew was the best.  Worked around our household and cleaned up every day before leaving.  Would be glad to use them again.

Project went quit well.  Southeast Kitchens has an excellent relationship with all of its subcontractors, e.g., cabinet installers, floor installers, tile installers, painters, plumbers, electricians, dry-wall installers, etc.  All subcontractor employees were quite professional, well trained, and produced an excellent work product.  Overall result of the kitchen remodel was outstanding.

They were very courteous and very good at their job. They had great contractors that worked for them. Overall, it took about a month to complete everything. The crew was very good to work with. The results came out very good! Fran was very responsive to all of my needs.

We can not say enough about this company.  Even though we did not have a high end kitchen, Fran and his installers worked with us as if we were the only kitchen project he had going.  There were many details that we had not thought of, but the installation of the cabinets was seamless.  He will do the entire project or the homeowner can sub out some of the jobs such as floor installation, etc. The installers are his own crew.....they kept us laughing through the upheaval of having no kitchen. The entire project took about 6 weeks.  We are extremely happy with the our new kitchen thanks to the people who made it work!

project took about 7 weeks, and contractor stayed pretty close to schedule. owner of the company was very knowledgeable, and stayed  involved almost on a daily basis in the project as it progressed. he closely followed up with his sub-contractors to be sure they showed up on time, and preformed as he expected. all the subs were courteous, and were more than willing to provide results that met our expectations. all in all, it was a pleasant experience, even tho our house was a mess over the time of the project. the finished product made the wait worthwhile. i would highly recommend this company on major kitchen rennovations.

I contacted several remodeling companies that specialized in kitchens trying to get a quote to replace the tired site built kitchen in my home.   Many did not return my calls, and others ignored my budget or what my wife and I wanted the kitchen to ultimately look like.  Then we met Fran from Southeast Kitchens.
  He listened to every detail and came up with a meticulous design that matched exactly what we described.  Then he gave us good suggestions on how we could improve on our design or suggestions for making the kitchen more usable.  He actually gave us electronic drawings of the design with 3D CAD renderings we could look at.  Compare that to another designer had actually refused to let us take home her pencil sketches she had done for her quote.  Fran's design even took in to account the drawer pulls we wanted to use to make sure our dishwasher door would clear the drawers on the adjacent cabinets.
  When we agreed on a design and price, Fran came up with a schedule that was followed exactly.  His contractors came out and ripped out the old kitchen, then I did some painting and wall repair before the cabinets went up.  His cabinet team were absolutely wonderful and did very clean fast work.
  The only hiccup in the process was a plumber that Fran had not used before and I bet has not used since - Fran quickly got someone else to fix my complaints about the plumbing work. 
  Our kitchen was completed on time and is beautiful, we get compliments all the time and my wife absolutely loves it.  I highly recommend Fran and his team to anyone looking to remodel their kitchen or bathroom.
