15 Very sloppy job & unresponsive to customer concerns. Once paid he refuses to return phone calls or address issues. Roof has leaked since installation causing damage to ceiling and walls. Medlin texts excuses for not responding but will not talk to me or fix the faulty roof.
David discovered the problem quickly, retrieved the part and got it back and installed very quickly.
