"He was late for my appointment, he diagnosed the problem, he said he had to try to find the broken part, and would get back with me. After over a week of waiting for him to get back with me, I contacted him. He said he did not have the part because it had been discontinued. My dishwasher is still broken."

"Called plumber about 9:00 AM. Got a call about 10:30 that plumber was on the way. Plumber was pleasant and professional. Needed new water heater. Said it would be running today. Gave me a total price, sounded high, but I need hot water. Project finished about 3:00 PM. Looked good. I asked if he could install a faucet while here. Quoted $275 for labor. I asked what their hourly rate was. $117 I don't think so. I have a couple of handymen who would do it for $50."

"the only thing was that he cancel three times his schedule, on top he came over one hour late... He knows what he is doing to repair the dishwasher but the scheduling and timing is not that great! I should not pay the $65.00 after waiting three times to fix the dishwasher. Should be reimbursed the money back."
