Please choose any other company to go to. When Nick Francis came to do the inspection and give an estimate, he was great. Very professional and courteous. I paid the percentage needed up front. When the job went over to Ashley, she was communicative and keeping in the loop on delays due to rain and other unforseen factors. They came out to fix my roof, were up there for a few hours, and then were done. When I later went out, I noticed that the roof was raised in one spot and bowing in another. I reached out to Ashley who said "Received thank you. I will create a case for you. I will let you know as soon as I can get someone out there". They were able to get the 2 who had originally come out back again the next day. When they came, and I went outside with the gentleman, they saw the problem immediately and the older gentleman who was here last time temporized by saying "We didn't have plywood last time, so we did the best we could. We have plywood this time, so will get it all fixed up.". That upset me a bit, because it sounds like they knew they did not do as good of a job as they could have the first time. I reached out to Ashley about this, and her response was "These guys that I have sent are good and thorough. It was my fault for not having them prepared properly. With the work order I had we thought the only possible decking would be the small spot from the satellite. We definitely don't want to short cut or leave any work done incorrectly." So I let them do their thing. They were done much quicker the second time, and when I went out to see it, they had replace much more than they had the first time. There were also still dips. When I asked about them, I was also told by the roofer that to get rid of them, and 8x4 section of roof would need to be torn up so the plywood could be put in. Ashley said she would talk the them about it. That interaction was on June 4th. I heard nothing back until I reached out again on June 12th after having received an invoice to my email stating the job was complete. I asked if the job was considered complete and received this response. "I apologize for not responding earlier. So the repair is complete. It is the way the roof is built that it looks a little un even. We would have to replace a good bit of wood to make it look completely flat." None of the rest of my roof is uneven or has dips. On June 18th, I was called about the invoice and asked to speak to a manager about this issue. Andrew called me, and we discussed all that I have written above, and he asked that I send him pictures. His response was the following: "In both of those photos, the dips in the roof carry on up past where we replaced shingles. That is an existing decking dip. Not due to any rot or installation errors, rather spacing between rafters. It is more noticeable because of the new shingles." I replied with: "I am not able to see the dip in the other parts of the roof personally. I would like to ask for a discount on the remaining balance if possible. Having to go back and forth, and having people come work on my roof above my office twice, was a lot." I received no reply for 2 days. When he finally reached back out, he asked what I thought an appropriate discount would be, I stated 35 percent. Since now I had a roof with dips that they were not going to fix. His reply was: 35% is not a fair and appropriate discount. The facts are that we sent all of the appropriate materials, nothing was incorrect. As I stated on the phone we replaced decking all where it was necessary and satisfactory to the scope of the contract. I'm sorry for any inconvenience you had, but the second trip was in an effort to appease you and lessen any visual dips. It will never be non-existent because of the existing framing and age of the structure. We have made every effort to satisfy you for a minimum repair charge. For an additional effort to resolve this, I will discount your project $100. The condescension was palpable. I replied with this, again repeating what had been told to me, in writing, by Ashley and ended with: So, the appropriate materials were not sent out the first time. The second trip was to fix the first trip, not to "appease" me. His response was: The only bad decking accounted for per the contract was where the satellite was, which was sent out and replaced. I am offering a discount on work that was performed per the contract. Is this satisfactory? I responded with by again reiterating what I had already told him and Ashley about what the roofer had said. This was June 20th, and I never received a response. Until Yesterday July 9th when I received a Notice to Lein in the mail. When I asked him about it, he responded with "You have an outstanding balance you are refusing to pay on a contracted repair job.". I never once refused to pay or made any hint that I was going to refuse to pay. Not one time. I would run as far and as fast as you can from this company

Took $500 for a quote and never followed through.

Our salesman, Blake, was very informative and really nice. We were updated when they would be dropping off materials as well as when they would start. The crew put tarps down to catch the old roof that they scraped off and they cleaned up after they completed the job. The only reason I gave four stars is that they broke a few garden solar lights, mashed a couple of plants, we found about ten roofing nails around the perimeter of the house, part of the drip edge wasn't properly installed and there was a high area on the corner of the roof. These items were repaired by Blake within a week of completion.

It was excellent, they showed up on time, for custom work they did not charge me.

They did a great job. It was an excellent job. They were very fast and they cleaned up very very well.

They were above and beyond. They were extremely courteous. If I could give him ten stars, I would. These people are a little bit more expensive than other but I got what I paid for. They were professional. They worked meticulously in the chimney. I was very happy with them I was blown away. If I call them back with questions and concerns. they'll answer it for you. These people will not rip you off. There was nothing to be upset about with these people. They didn't leave any margin for error and they didn't leave any margin for worry.

Josh at a Roofing Resources was very thorough in his review of our roof. He used a drone to show the work that needed to be done. His entire team of installers and Leads were professional and efficient. We couldn’t be happier!

I was hoping for a better turnout. There was no discount for Angie's List or anything, and they were not the cheapest estimate. The roof was not completed correctly the first time, and I had taken pics and sent them to the sales person, Dylan. The start date was delayed, and even the follow up, I had to message several times to get a date for inspection. When the OP (operations manager) Johnny came out, he seemed hesitant on fixing any issues, and tried to make some excuses or reasons for the crew's shortcuts. Dylan happened to side with me, so correction work was scheduled. The problem was they did not cover certain sections with the felt, so there was just shingles laid over large gaps in the roof. Anyhow, there was even poor follow up on the correction. I am hesitant on asking them to make any more corrections, as they may be disgruntled at this point. In hindsight, I would have gone with another contractor. Rating is a between C+ and B-.

Andrew Prince is extremely professional, prompt, and informative about the complete Owen Corning Duration Composite Roofing installation and materials. A year before we finally made the decision to replace the roof, we consulted with Roofing Resources of GA because of a small leak in our laundry roof ceiling. At that time, Andrew did an inspection of the entire roof and advised that our roof was overall in good condition, made the repair to affected area. He actually came for the first time within an hour of our call and made the repair at that time even though it was about to rain again.
A year later, the same area developed a leak in a different spot. Again, a repair crew came within a day to assist and do work. We were advised that there were a couple of areas where winds had compromised roof on the other side of the house. Andrew came back with insurance adjuster to show him which areas were of concern. Although the insurance company only allowed for a small repair, we felt that our portion of the cost of repair versus going ahead and replacing entire roof which would only make it for about 2 more years. In addition, when walking the roof, both the adjuster and Andrew advised that we did not have adequate ventilation on ridges and therefore, we had many nail pops.
Roofing Resources of GA is a preferred installer of Owens Corning and installation comes with a 10 year limited workmanship warranty and roof materials backed have a limited lifetime warranty. Besides the quality of the shingles themselves, we were very happy with the difference in the quality of the underlayment that was put on versus what was taken  off. The roofing team came at 7:00 in the morning and did not stop working all day. Entire job was finished and cleaned up by 6:30 pm. Andrew was here all day to supervise work.
We now have a stunning roof that compliments our house, the heat build up in the attic has already been decreased and we have the peace of mind of knowing that the roof is warranted for the limetime that we own the home.

I bless the day I contacted Cary Rich and Roofing Resources of Georgia!  I had a roof that had leaked and been patched more than once. Each roofer vowed and declared that the roof was fixed and wouldn't leak again. After a major 4 day deluge, my roof was leaking in my living room, kitchen and bath.  I was absolutely at my wit's end, as I had just paid another roofer over $350 to "permanently repair" the roof. 
I called a major box store and had their roofer come out, I got an estimate from an independent company, and I called my insurance company, who sent out a "specialist" to assess the damage.  After getting three different answers from three sources, I called a friend who gave me Cary's number.
Cary set up an appointment for the next day and wonder of wonders, he was not only there on time, he wasn't at all what I expected from a roofer.  He was well-dressed and well-spoken and was as professional as anyone I've ever dealt with.  He walked through my house, examined the roof from the attic and examined the exterior. He came back and told me what no other "expert" had done. I had two layers of roofing and the under-layer was buckling, causing the leaks!
Cary provided me with a portfolio which included his association with the Better Business Bureau, Owens Corning Preferred Contractor status, his occupational tax certificate, his membership in good standing with the National Roofing Contractors Association and a complete list of how to work with my insurance company on damages, as well as a customer referral list. Cary also told me he would work with my insurance adjuster and help me with my claim. His help was invaluable!
The Roofing Resources crew showed up exactly when they said they would - well, actually they didn't - they showed up at 6:30 a.m., but didn't knock on my door until the appointed time! Wow!! Cary was with them, told me what to expect, asked me if there were any questions and introduced me to the project foreman, Dylan and said he'd be back. The crew got to work and worked efficiently and did it cleanly! Cary had a big trash container delivered to the house and all trash, down to the tiniest piece, was discarded in the container. Cary checked on his crew that evening, again, asked me if things were done to my satisfaction and I assured him they were. All my shrubbery had been covered and protected, all trash was picked up and my back patio swept off.
A few days later, the repair crew came in to work on the inside of the house. Everything was repaired beautifully and painted. I could not have asked for a better crew or better service.
I then sat back and waited - for the next big rain!  I'm happy (beyond happy!) to say that my roof is finally truly fixed, there were no leaks, and everything had been done as promised.
I will tell you that you will not find a more conscientious professional out there in the roofing business. It was a pleasure to deal with Cary and I would not hesitate to recommend him and his crew to anyone. Everyone that I dealt with went above and beyond to see that I was satisfied and that they had fulfilled expectations.
I suggest that even if you think you have the right roofer picked out, you give Cary a call and see what it's like to deal with a business of the highest caliber.
