219 Feel I was a victim of a scam perpetrated by this company. They were hired by Best Buy to swap out a new but defective dishwasher I recently purchased from Best Buy. I arranged access to the house from out of state. They called me to advise of a “defective water valve”. Valve was fine prior....
Install went very well. Technicians arrived on time and finished the install in a shorter period of time than estimated.
The service man came out, determined the problems and ordered the parts. The parts came in about 2 days and he came right back and installed them. Everything is working just right. The service man was knowledgeable and professional.
Contacted 2 weeks prior, came out and gave a quote. They set the date for installation. They showed up on time - very courteous and professional. Installed new vents. Went over operations and cleaned up. Great price and value - I highly recommend Stiles.
