"LVP looks great and tile in the kitchen look great but the trim and baseboards were not finished and I had to have another contractor come in and install them. The stairwell was sanded and stained and I was told they could match the stain for the stairs to the LVP and that wasn’t true either. The stairs came out pink. Now I’m having another contractor come in and fix. I would not recommend to a friend."

"It?s a long complicated story & I must first say that I?m sure Tile by Chris probably does great work for most, however, unfortunately I was one of the unlucky ones. We did a shower & bathroom floor remodel 3.5 years ago. His main expert tiler did our bathroom floor & did fantastic. But Chris ended up doing our shower tile due to his main guy catching Covid. Note- I think he was working on a bigger project but that?s just my opinion. Chris told me he hadn?t tiled in awhile long time but he could do it, So Chris did our tile in shower & it turned out horrible. Grout colors didn?t match floor vs wall. Lines were off, everything looked uneven. So when I showed him pictures of the messed up work said he didn?t have time to come back & fix the work & to just keep the last portion I owed him. Well, here we are 3.5 years later & tiles around the shower drain are pulling up & subfloor is drenched. Just caution- do not let the owner Chris do any work. Not good at all. "

They removed the existing carpet as well as haul away materials. They were understanding when our delivery was delayed due to delivery company issue. Excellent communication with the project status and timeline. They also installed the quarter round molding and caulking. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family and would request their services again for any future projects."
