This system includes a rack of equipment and is is far more complex than anything we had previously experienced. The previous owners highly recommended Tim, so we asked him to update the system for our use. Tim promptly did so, helping us by upgrading some of the key equipment items and mounting new tv's, among other things, and did so for a reasonable cost. Tim is very responsive, knowledgeable and professional and is very easy and pleasant to work with. He has been very helpful to us a number of times since, helping us to get equipment operating again after power outages (of which we have had many!) and other issues. We very highly recommend Tim, and do so without reservation!"
