Our technician Curtis Burdines showed up on the scheduled day on time and went straight to work. We had our 3 season porch tile and exterior travertine patio cleaned and seal. Curtis paid attention to details and did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the service we received and would use Sir Grout again in the future.

The experience was amazing. Worth every penny. Ted Johnson gave an honest assessment of the project. Jamar London did an exceptional job with amazing attention to detail. An additional member of their team came out a third day to check and touch up an area they were not satisfied with. I am so happy. These 15-20 year old bathrooms look new!

We had a shower and bathroom floor where the grout was old and dirty. Curtis came in and did a great job cleaning and restoring it to brand new. He was on time, hard working, and the end result looks great. We will definitely use their services again.

My condo has a marble kitchen countertop that was terribly etched and stained. I had several people look at it. One wouldn't even attempt to fix it. Sir Grout's general manager Chrissie looked at it and was confident they could make it look a lot better. While there, she also observed the ceramic tile floors were in desperate need of cleaning and sealing with a painted sealer. The worker who showed up was terrific. The floor looks like new. The countertop was a challenge. Company owner Marc personally came the next day to work on it and when he left it did indeed look like new. These people are a pleasure to work with. From scheduling, to working, to clean up to following up - they are very customer oriented and driven to make sure the customer is happy with the results. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I was so pleased with their work that I hired them to do several things at my residence also. Jamar honed and polished several marble tops we have, he cleaned and re-sealed the shower and polished our kitchen granite countertop. All around, great work, great workers and great experience. I wish they painted!!!

Good for the 1st 3 months. Grout in the corners have turned yellowish, all other grout is still bright white. I call and scheduled a warranty appointment for Nov 20th @ 1;00pm. The lady said she needed to confirm the work could get done at 1:00 pm time frame, could she have the manager call me back, I SAID YES, LATER THE MANAGER CALL ME AND CONFIRMED NOV 20TH @1:00PM. Sir Grout sent me a email confirming the appointment. The next day I received a text message stating they need to reschedule the appointment to the 28th. I told them I couldn't make Nov 28th. I'm good for Nov 20th. Text message response: We don't have Nov 20th available. We need to reschedule. I replied: This is Bad customer service. After I replied Sir Grout didn't reply back. So, at this point I'm not sure if I still have a appointment.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Our grout was in need of repair and Sir Grout was responsive to get someone out quickly to complete the estimate. While it took a few weeks to get the work completed, that was no problem. We are very pleased with the work done, professionalism of the team. Thanks Sir Grout!

Amazing! Attention to detail, professional, prompt arriving exactly when promised. Have had other companies that worked on cleaning floor following major renovation. Sir Grout rode in on his white charger and rescued us. They moved furniture while cleaning and actually moved everything back after finishing exactly where I wanted. My floors never looked so good! They were worth every penny. 4 rooms done.

Fantastic. After almost ten years of wear and tear, spills and stains, my kitchen and bathroom floors looked horrible. No amount of cleaning made them look any better. They cleaned the tile in the master bathroom, shower pan, closet, laundry room, and guest bath then put down the color sealer. Washed it all down and buffed the floor. It looks fabulous!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE my tile now. The grout is all the same color and looks wonderful!! I would highly recommend Sir Grout. You can't go wrong. The shower pan was more expensive due to my little tiny tiles. But it was all worth it!
