"We recently purchased an above ground pool. When we filled and added chemicals, we discovered we had a ton of metals in our water. It caused a complete mess to the point where our pool looked completely Brown. We contacted Pampered Pools and Andy was extremely responsive. He immediately made arrangements to come out and take care of the problem even on a Saturday afternoon, and within hours of Andy taking care of the pool we had blue water. The next morning the pool was safe to use! We were 100% satisfied and would highly recommend anyone who needs their pool serviced to contact him. In fact, we were so satisfied, we have contracted Andy to perform monthly pool service."
