Sam did a great job replacing the grout on our kitchen countertops. The job was scheduled in a couple of days and looked fantastic when he finished. He gave me a quote to reglaze the kitchen sink and so I hired him for that job as well. It looks amazing! As good as new! Thank you, Sam!

Sam Neeplo was great. He arrived early for our job. He thoroughly cleaned our walk-in shower, removed all the old grout, and regrouted the floor and shower seat. He worked efficiently, and his price was good. Completely professional and knowledgeable. You can't go wrong with Sam.

Hired on a Friday after a 5min walkthrough, job completed by Monday afternoon. Work was great, price was incredibly reasonable. Only reason for 4.5 stars instead of 5 was the need for a little bit better job cleanup. Absolutely would hire again though.

This whole process of asking for a quote to being done with the project was less than a week. Amazing family business and will be using for a few other future projects. Grout & Tile Cleaning Services performed work for me on my tile. The work product was clean and he guaranteed his work. The grout started chipping away in multiple locations. I reached out to him on several occasions to come and fix the areas that chipped and there was no response. I called him and he responded asking me to send a text. I sent a text to all 3 of his numbers asking for a time and date. He responded and stated that he would come the following Monday at 3:30. I took off work to meet him on this day and he was a no show and he no longer responded to my text. The lack of a response or him not showing up to correct his work leads me to believe that this was not a first time that he has done this and I don't and will not recommend him to perform any work for anyone,

Sam was able to come by my place to give an estimate the day after I requested a quote through Angi. I decided to move forward with the service and he returned to complete the work the following week. The quick action was greatly appreciated because of our grout problem in a shower that was leaking
