"We had a significant problem with moles, after putting new sod in our yard. Our front yard and backyard were full of holes and the grass was starting to die. Carolina Critter Control saved the day and completely got rid of all moles. They also came back several times to make sure the moles were removed at no additional fee. Our grass is green and now thriving again! I highly recommend this company and owner Jim Murphy! ??????"

"Mr. Wade Godfrey the technician came bye our residences to inspect our house to see if we needed a pest management plan. As a homeowner I usually do prevention measures in the spring time. The technician was very professional and courtesy. He arrived on time and as scheduled. He actually just shared some ideas with me, and after performing his inspection didn't really feel like I had a pest problem. He share some information about his company and some promotion deals. He was on-site for approximately 30 minutes and offered his services if I felt that they would be needed at a later date. I've decided not to use the company at this time, but I would definitely use them if I need a professional pest management team in the future."

Nathan and his partner Kevin set traps for the raccoons after squirting a pheromone deterrent into the eave. The raccoons had apparently already departed. The traps were never disturbed.
The eaves were sealed with galvanized steel which wrapped from the inside of the gutter around the edge of the roof deck to the top surface. This was done to all gutter lines and all flashing was reinforced. The gable vents were screened.

Nathan, Kevin, and Jeremy worked carefully and neatly. They are vey knowledgable thorough and professional. I highly recommend this company.

"They setup for service went fine.  He came out at the appointed time and provided a quote of his services.  I selected him based on the cost and he was also replacing the company (owner retiring) that previously performed the initial & annual booster termite service in the purchase of my home.  He explained everything he would do as part of his service and he provided a warranty covering termite damage incurred, not just retreat, to home.  So the service was scheduled and everything seem to go accordingly, however I noticed afterwards several wooden beams from backyard walkway were left leaning against my house by the garage.  I contacted him in reference to the beams status, he indicated they should not have been left there.  His guys should have either replaced them or disposed of them.  He recommended although they were treated that it is best the beams are disposed of since they attract termites.  When I asked how to dispose of them, he indicated he would have his guys take care of it and asked when was my garbage pick-up.  Several weeks and phone calls later, the beams were still leaning against my house.  So I eventually disposed of the beams without ever hearing back from the owner.
I also had to contact the company in March to follow-up on my bond certificate that I had not yet received.  I received it by mail as few weeks later.  Follow-thru is a issue with this company.

Pest Control questions, answered by experts

Roaches won’t sting your pets and don’t have venom like spiders do , but they present other dangers. Cockroaches are notorious carriers of diseases like salmonella and parasites like tapeworms. Because they’re so dirty, their bites (otherwise harmless) can also get infected. You don’t want your pets chasing and trying to eat cockroaches, or sleeping near a roach infestation.

You can find anti-rat sprays in most home department stores that may be worth a try. Spray them along fences and in areas where you don’t want rats to go (like around decks) and they may think twice before approaching. For a natural version, you can try a mint spray, since rats generally dislike mint. But even the most effective sprays are unlikely to stop a hungry rat over time.

Professionals employ protective measures such as covering or temporarily relocating plants, minimizing chemical usage, and carefully planning construction routes to avoid damage. These precautions preserve the integrity and appearance of the landscaping during projects.

Squirrels follow a diurnal routine like humans, remaining quiet at night because they sleep. Homeowners concerned about squirrels in their homes are more likely to hear these critters in the early morning when they awaken, eager to start their day and search for sustenance. As the sun sets, squirrels wrap up their daily endeavors and return to their cozy nests for the night's rest.

While you don’t have to fully evacuate your home after a bed bug treatment, you will have to stay out of the treated rooms (or the whole home) for at least four to five hours after treatment. In most cases, you can return to sleeping on your existing mattress and use your existing furniture, but it’s best to confirm this with a bed bug pro.
