As of today.......I believe the problem has been resolved!!! In the process....prior to hiring Animal Pros I hired someone to cut back low hanging tree limbs and had a new chimney chase cover made and installed!!!! OUCH! Being a homeowner isn't inexpensive!

Nathan was very responsive. He showed up the day after we called and began work right away. He was extremely professional, and over the course of 2 weeks, he completely rid our home of rats. He caught 10 of them, and there is evidence that one got away and went somewhere else. The difference between Animal Pros and Terminix is night-and-day, and there is a reason that Nathan is able to command a price premium. Animal Pros was worth every penny for the peace of mind that the service brought us, and we would whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone who has a similar problem!

Trapped 3 rats, replaced fallen insulation. Cleaned rat droppings. Applied enzyme to get rid of rat scent. Wire mesh to all crawlspace vents. Sealed ends of roof vents and eave gaps. Very professional. Responded to our call the same day. Came to inspect the next day. Inspected crawlspace and attic and found rat feces in the crawlspace. Set traps and returned each day to dispose of trapped rats and work on prevention mentioned above. Once there was no more evidence of rats he cleaned and fogged the crawlspace. Nathan was very professional. He kept in touch with progress every day by text if we were not home when he came by. The service was pricey but we are so glad to be free of rats!

He came out immediately and looked at the situation. My infestation was coming from the crawl space, but he went above and beyond to inspect the attic to make sure I didn't have any other infestations. Confirmed that I did have a rat infestation and then laid out a step by step plan on how to eradicate the problem. He was very reassuring and did not try any sales pitch. He told me exactly how it was and what it would take to get it taken care of. He came out every day for the first week to lay traps and seal all possible entry points. He also removed and replaced the vapor barrier with an enzyme treatment to sanitize and discourage further activity. It took a little over a week for the entire process, but I wanted to make sure the rats were gone and not coming back. I called him roughly a year later to come back and double check the house. He assured me that there is no way for them to get back in, but he was more than willing to come back as a courtesy. He was very understanding and reassuring throughout the entire process and I would not hesitate to go with him again!

I cannot be more confident in recommending Nathan should you have a problem with a snake. Came upon a snake on my screened porch. We found Nathan online and placed a call which he responded to immediately. He was at our door 15 minutes later as promised. He located the 3 foot plus snake, determined its type, caught and bagged it for relocation all within a few minutes. Nathan was prompt, speedy in his work, and suggested why the snake may have chosen our porch.

About 8:30 pm a bat started flying around our den. It refused to leave through an open door. Then we heard another bat in another area of the house. Nathan came promptly, and after a thorough search, ended up removing 3 bats. He is very knowledgable about bats. We would definitely call Nathan again if we need his services!

Nathan was great! Incredibly responsive, even on a Sunday morning. He quickly determined the cause of the sound I was hearing and took care of the problem. For a fairly simple issue/solution, I thought the service was pretty expensive. However, I have no basis for comparison and I truly did appreciate the prompt, professional response and resolution (as this certainly wasn't something I was skilled to take care of on my own!). After hearing loud scratching in a wall in my home, I knew I needed immediate help. Nathan Agee responded quickly and came to my home that evening. He was extremely professional and pleasant. After using a camera scope to locate the "culprit", he discovered a bird. (Better than a rat or squirrel!) He carefully cut a hole in the drywall and removed the bird. I appreciate the fact that the bird was unharmed and will be freed in another location. He taped up the hole and also put a temporary screen on the exhaust vent which the bird had obviously used as an entry point. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!

Called Nathan early in morning and he was at house within an hour. Reviewed the situation, set the traps and within 2 days the possum and a squirrel were caught. He checked up regularly. Very pleased with his service and highly recommend Animal Pros.

Eben solved our flying squirrel problem before there was any damage to our attic. He is very knowledgeable about all types of wildlife and how to trap and remove animals in a humane way. We were very pleased with his responsiveness. Also, this company stands behind their work. After the job was complete, I thought I heard noises again in my attic. Eben came out with no complaints, set a trap, and followed up again. As it turns out, it was probably the wind causing this noise. My point is they stand behind their work.

Nathan provided excellent service. First, he was always punctual and came when he said he would come. This has become a problem with providers of services but not with Nathan. After his evaluation he provided us with the details of the results and went through the step by step process of what was to be done. He was very thorough and was very professional and pleasant. I'm not sure if I could have been pleasant after doing all the hard work he did. I must praise Nathan for the service he provided and this company also for providing him to give us peace of mind.

I set up 3 dates in the immediate future and scheduled response. Nathan called within an hour and scheduled next morning response. He arrived about 15 minutes early and after looking at the situation put out traps. the second night he trapped the rat. Nathan filled in the rat borrow and cleaned up the site, tended to the traps a total of 5 days to be certain we had no more problems.

Responded the same day I called them. Checked the attic and determined squirrels were starting to build their nests in the attic. Found where they had chewed their access "door". Put out traps and checked them daily for about six days until they decided the offending critters had been caught and the attic was clear. Put screening over their entry point that they said squirrels could not chew through and other critters could not permeate. Made other screening and structural modifications.
