They are trustworthy, they are polite when they come, and they do good work. I have used them for years, and I like their work. They are always on time. I have been renewing the contract for the last 20 years.

He was professional and thorough.  Not only did he check for termites, he found evidence of serious flooding in our crawlspace.  The repairs would have been substantial.  We did not buy the house.  However, we would recommend Corder Pest Control to anyone.  Excellent work!

They're good!  If you see any kind of pest, they'll come back in between visits to see if you need them.  They won't charge you for that.  I think, their prices are very good!  There's one guy there who's very good with his job.  He'll do anything that I needed. 

I was very impressed with the guy who came out here.  He sprayed inside and outside and I mean every nook and cranny and area of yard that I have including the big dog pen that I have. He also gave me a bottle of flea spray for my dogs.  Gave me a lot of advise, like vacuuming a lot, cutting bushes and that fleas are hard to get rid of.  He also told me that vacuuming makes the eggs hatch so then you have to vacuum again.

They did an excellent job. They are thorough, and they are punctual.

Ron came in and  we discussed any problems I might have. He spray under and around the outside of my home. I can't have the inside sprayed, due to medical condition. The always keeps the pest in check....
Will came by on April 3, 2013 and did the Annual Termite Inspection.........

They are reliable, we don’t have to call them, they call us every three months to tell us when they are coming out. I would rate them as excellent, because I have a potbelly jig, and they are always very considerate of that.

They set up appointments. They are quick. The spray they use is non toxic and water soluble.  They send the same man each time (Mark Corder).

The company representative arrived at the house at the appointed time.  Identified himself and explained in detail what he would be doing in order to place my new home under a termite bond.  Although I've had bonds on two previous homes, either I didn't pay attention then or this company is more thorough.  Probably the latter actually.  Had no idea of the extent of work to be done.  He had to first inspect and then thoroughly examine the exterior and under the house for any evidence of termite activity, then create a trench around the entire exterior of the house and drill holes in two sides of the garage floor that backed on to the home's interior, as well as drill a concrete slab in the backyard that backed up to the house (previous exterminator didn't appear to have done that).  Between that and then applying the chemical under and around the house, it took all day.  I was unrealistic in my estimate of how long it would take.  Paul told me when he was going to grab some lunch, but was gone well over an hour which was a bit bothersome.  If he wouldn't have returned when he did, I was going to call the company to find out if something had happened to him.  He seemed to enjoy what his job, which was a plus in that I learned more about the process, what the law requires and some of the details of the bond.   Am super happy with this company.
