Nathan and his partner Kevin set traps for the raccoons after squirting a pheromone deterrent into the eave. The raccoons had apparently already departed. The traps were never disturbed.
The eaves were sealed with galvanized steel which wrapped from the inside of the gutter around the edge of the roof deck to the top surface. This was done to all gutter lines and all flashing was reinforced. The gable vents were screened.

Nathan, Kevin, and Jeremy worked carefully and neatly. They are vey knowledgable thorough and professional. I highly recommend this company.

Pest Control questions, answered by experts

In Newberry, standard pest control treatments for a typical home usually take 1 to 2 hours, but larger homes or severe infestations—such as heavy termite or mosquito activity—can require up to 4 hours. Specialized services like termite barrier installation may take 4 to 8 hours. During humid spring and summer months, higher pest activity can extend treatment times. Follow-up visits generally last 30 to 60 minutes.

Helpful?

When hiring pest control pros in Newberry, prioritize those with proven experience handling local pests like termites, mosquitoes, and rodents. Look for clear service plans, written guarantees, and positive local references. Ensure they offer transparent pricing and emergency response for urgent infestations. A strong understanding of Newberry’s humid climate and seasonal pest patterns is essential for effective, long-lasting results.

Helpful?

In Newberry, pest control success relies on managing moisture around your home, maintaining proper yard drainage, and conducting regular inspections for signs of termites, ants, and rodents. Using targeted treatments for local pests and following a consistent service schedule are crucial. Homeowners should seal foundation cracks, trim vegetation away from the house, and promptly address standing water to maximize long-term protection.

Helpful?

To build an effective inspection routine in Newberry, check for termite swarmers and ant trails each spring, monitor for mosquito breeding and spider webs in summer, inspect for rodent entry points and seal gaps in fall, and focus on indoor pest prevention in winter. Each month, walk your home’s perimeter, check for new pest signs, and keep a log of sightings to spot trends early.

Helpful?

Schedule pest control in Newberry if you notice termite swarmers, mud tubes, rodent droppings, wasp nests, or increased mosquito activity. Early spring is ideal for termite prevention, while late spring and summer are best for mosquito and ant control. Fall is key for rodent prevention. Unusual odors, scratching sounds, or visible pest trails are strong indicators it’s time to call a professional.
